How can I answer your question...?

So I told him,

“Sure I can!”

He was cutting up after that for a while.

You can say, "I want to be the uncle that my nephew admires!"

You are so cute! So is your nephew. :)

Also, instead of 'speaking well with foreigners' ==> this is not natural English. A better way to say it is,
"Can you converse well/fluently with foreigners?"
