"Courage isn't having the strength to go on; it is going on when you dont have strength."
This is entia sentence.
Keep alert, stand firm in your faith, be courageous and be strong. Let all that you do be done in love. Each time we face our fear, we gain strength, courage, and confidence in the doing. Courage isn't having the strength to go on; it is going on when you dont have strength. We can do no great things; only small things with great love. Let your dreams be bigger than your fears, your actions louder than your words, and your faith stronger than your feelings

"Courage isn't having the strength to go on; it is going on when you don't have strength."
This is the entire sentence.
"Courage isn't having the strength to go on; it's going on when you don't have strength."
Courage isn't having the strength to go on; it's going on when you don't have strength.
Let your dreams grow bigger than your fears, your actions louder than your words, and your faith stronger than your feelings
But for me , this is very dufucalt!!Lol
Thank you so much for your explanation.
I understand now!
I need rest when I was tired.Lol
Courage means: brave
what is saying is you dont have to be brave to have strength.but to keep going even if you dont have the strength.
it means to keep going on, even if you are not brave or strong.
Courage doesn't mean having the strength and power to continue, it is when you don't have the strength to continue, but you continue anyway.
It's hard to explain in simple English haha.
Your orignal short story is so fun and thank you so much for voice recording! =^-^=
If you have the strength to go on, you are strong, but you may not have courage (you are just a strong person).
However, if you are in a bad situation that seems hopeless, you have no strength, but somehow you go on, then that means that you have courage.
1. Courage isn't having the strength to go on;
2. it is going on when you don't have strength.
Explanation:
1. Having the strength to go on means that you are strong; it
doesn't mean that you have courage.
2. Moving on even when you feel tired and hopeless means that you have courage.
Your explanation is very systematic!
Now, I can understand very well!
In my opinion, "Courage isn't having the strength to go on." makes no sense. "Courage" and "having strength" are not comparable. A similar sentence might be: "The taste of a jelly doughnut is having talked with you yesterday." This sentence also makes no sense.
Thank you so much for your explanation!
"The taste of a jelly doughnut is having talked with you yesterday."
New another confusing sentence!Lol
So , it is ended up, Even for native English speaker some saying is very confusing! I should not be so depressed, if I don’t understand them.=^-^=
