This week lang-8 system is weird.
After I corrected some lang-8 friend’s Japanese post and try to send it but doesn’t working and appearing "proxy error". My correction has gone somewhere. Lol. However, even if you see "proxy error" sometime it was succeeded and sometime doesn’t. The first time, I thought it was my PC’s problem but other Lang-8 friends who also writing the same a phenomenon happend his PC too. So, lang-8 system itself has been unreliable recently. I have no idea what I can do, except waiting. I hope that lang-8 administrator will fix this problem soon.

I mainly use Chrome but sometime I use IE9. So, it might be the problem would happen at the particular browser. I should test it, next time. From the beginning, lang-8 administrator should guarantee us to stable movement by famous browsers. However, since this site is free of change I shouldn’t complain too much. I really appreciated to the founder of this site.

So, it might be a problem related to a particular browser.

I have to use it at work because it's the only browser allowed, but I much prefer Chrome or Firefox :)

１．インターネットコネクションの速度と、
２．コンピュータのＣＰＵの処理速度
が主たる原因ではないかと思います。
Lang-8は動画以上に早い処理速度が要求されるサイトではないかと実感しているのです。
私が持っている３個のパソコンの内、一番古いWindows XPを Windows 7に買いなおしたのですが、Ｌａｎｇ－８にしか使用しないし、動画も見ないので、安いコンピュータで十分だと思って安いのを買いました。
（ちなみに、intel(R) Pentium(R) CPI B950 2.10GHz 2.10GHz, 実装メモリ(RAM) 4.00 GB システムの種類 64ビットオペレーティングシステム Windows エクスペリエンスインデックス 4.6 ＮＥＣ）
すると、処理速度が遅いためだと思うのですか、うまく流れないでトラブルが起きることがしょっちゅうあります。
また、インターネット接続も、回線速度の遅いオフラインのインターネット接続でつなぐと、トラブルが起きることが圧倒的に多いです。前のWindows XPの時は、有線のＬＡＮを使用している回線速度の速いヤツでつなぐと問題なかったのですが、今回の安いコンピュータでは速いヤツでつないでもうまくいきません。
私の持っている他の２個のパソコン（Windows 7 とWindows Vista)は快適に使えていますので、私は安いコンピュータを買ったのを後悔しています。（処理速度が遅いのに６４ビットを採用しているのが悪いのかなあ・・）コンピュータに詳しいヒト、誰か教えてくださいませんか？
たとえば、Lang-8の機能を劣化させて、軽く動くようにする、とか、１年以上前のエントリーは廃棄する、とか、システムが軽くなるような、大胆な変革をしないなら、（たぶんできないでしょう）、メンバーが処理速度の速い高価なパソコンと、通信速度の速いインターネットと契約するしかないのではないかと思います。
いずれにしても、このへんのことについて、Ｌａｎｇ－８側からの正式なコメントがあれば皆が納得すると思いますけどね。
ところで、メモリが４ギガもあっても、Pentiumだと、駄目なんですね！今はもう６４ビットしかないんですかね？３２ビットから買い替えるとソフトが使えなくなるのから、仮に、このパソコンが壊れても、３２ビットのやつを探します！
僕はてっきり、世界中で起きている不具合が、インターネットが遅いかコンピュータが遅いかのいずれかだと思っていました。
僕はコンピューターに疎くて、32ビットと６４ビットの違いがよくわかりません。どちらが早いのか、さえ知りません。買ったコンピュータにソフトがなかなかインストールできないので調べてみたら、64ビットでした。
「まっ、待つしかないですね」 に１００％同感です。なにかわかったら教えてください。では。
