Grandmother's unforgettable day! With voice recording

Pleas look at these two videos. As you see, a grandmother splashed some beverage on her granddaughter’s face! Apparently, she was misunderstood the cup which was filed with confetti to another cup which was filed with beverage. May be she was too much excited because her granddaughter’s wedding. Or, maybe she drink too much alcohol because on special occasion. I don’t know the either way is the reason, but if you get old, people sometimes doing a mistake which is you never imagine when you were young. As you already know, Japan is super aging society now. Lots of car accidents were happened by the elderly who step on an accelerator not a brake when they try to stop their car. Camper to that, this accident is nothing. Please watch the second video! After the ceremony, she is blessing her granddaughter with a confetti cup! What a nice and a heartwarming video, isn’t it!

どうぞ、これらのビデオを見てください。一つ目のビデオでは、お祖母さんが、手に持っている飲み物の入ったコップと、紙吹雪の入ったコップとを誤解して、孫娘の顔に飲み物をかけてしまいます。もしかしたら、孫娘の結婚式が嬉しくて興奮しすぎたのか、もしかしたら特別な日なので少し酔っ払っていたのかもしれません。どちらなのかは分かりませんが、誰でも高齢になると、いろんな若いころでは考えもしなかった失敗をすることがあります。皆様も御存知のように、日本は超高齢化社会なので、最近は高齢者が車のアクセルとブレーキを踏み間違えるのが原因の交通事故が多発しています。それと比べれば、このアクシデントは大した事ではありません。それに、二つ目のビデオを見てください。式の後で、再度、紙吹雪を用意して、孫娘を祝福しています。すごく素敵で心温まるビデオですね。

Apparently, she was misunderstood mistook the cup which that was filled with confetti to with another cup which was filled with beverage.
Just a quick note - "filed" refers to files or documents being put, or "filed" away.
Maybe she was too much excited because it was her granddaughter’s wedding.
Or, maybe she drank too much alcohol because on it was a special occasion.
You could join this with the previous sentence, so that it reads "Maybe she was too excited due to it being her Granddaughter's wedding, or she may have drank too much" - I've changed some bits to make it sounds a bit more natural too.
I don’t know the either way is the reason, but if when you get old, people sometimes doing a do mistakes which is you would never imagine doing when you were young.
With the bit in blue, you could either say "I don't know either way" or "I don't know the reason", but generally you can't combine both in phrase.
As you already know, Japan is an super aging society now.
