Though I’ve never visited the cat café but I’ve seen on TV. I believe that this is a very good idea for someone who likes cat but won’t to allow to keep a cat at their house. You know, especially urban aria of Japan, the size of the house is very small compared to the USA or EU and some of apartments are strictly prohibited to from keeping pet. Even if you can keep a cat, it is a good idea to spend some time to them and to learn how to keep cat properly before actually buying cat or adopting them from animal shelter. Because keeping a pet is not always only good thing but also you have to clan their excrements or they sometime get sick, like us.
I would really appreciate it if you could correct my writing!

Well, if you like coffee and cats, you'll like this newly opened café in the Austrian capital, Vienna. It is attracting both local residents and tourists.
Café Neko, the Japanese word for "cat," is located in the old part of the city and is owned by a 47-year-old Japanese woman. After having lived in Vienna for about 20 years, she decided to open the café to share a recently popular Japanese trend.
It took her three years to get a license for the café, because city authorities were concerned about possible problems with hygiene.
Five black and brown cats brought here from pet shelters are seen relaxing as they get cuddled.
(Customer)
"It's fantastic. It's great to bring my son along as well. This is pretty exciting for him to have a look and see the cats lying around. It's great."
The café is on track to become one of the area's popular attractions.

Though I’ve never visited the cat café, but I’ve seen it on TV.
I believe that this is a very good idea // ideal for someone who likes cats but isn't allowed to keep a cat at their house.
You know, especially in urban areas of Japan, the size of the houses is very small compared to the USA or Europe and some of apartments are strictly prohibited to from (keeping) pets.
Not every country in Europe is a member of the EU, so you can't refer to Europe as 'EU' like you can refer to the United States of America as the USA.
Even if you can keep a cat, it is a good idea to spend some time with one and to learn how to look after one properly before actually buying one or adopting one from an animal shelter.
Because keeping a pet is not always easy, you also have to clean up their excrements or they can sometimes get sick, just like us.

I bet a cafe like that would be impossible to have here, with all the health & safety regulations :(
I am happy you like my recordings. If there are sounds, it will easy to learn language, please use them for your Japanese study.=^-^=
Because keeping a pet is not always easy; you also have to clean up their excrements and they can sometimes get sick, just like we do.
You shouldn't begin a sentence with "because" or "but".
This "because" sentence should follow the previous one like this:
... adopting one from an animal shelter, because keeping a pet...
Than you so much for your explanations! =^-^=
Though I’ve never visited the cat café but I’ve seen it on TV. (Or: I've never visited a cat café but I've seen it on TV.)

I went to a pet café in Ikebukuro when I was in Japan last year. It was so expensive! I just paid to get in, but my friends all bought little souvenirs.
I've never owned a cat but would like to one day.
"it is strictly prohibited to keep pets in some apartments."
This senten is exatly what I want to write first!
Thank you so much!
Orいつかの将来に、both is correct=^-^=
If you have any questions about my corrections, please let me know.
