The other day, I saw a movie called Quiz Show. I am going to write about the story, if you are not yet watched this movie, please don’t read this post. This movie is based on a true story. If you read at my blog about movies section where you can find lots of review about the based on the true story. I love those movies. In this movie, one young protagonist he who joins the Quiz Show was manipulated by producer cheated in the program and ended up turn out truth in public. After that incident, he lost everything. He who originally comes from the famous family lost his future of which meant to be becoming professor in the University was fired. This movie depicted the fear in which the process even if who has sincere personality lost his commonsense in front of the huge money.
先日、Quiz Show という、映画を見ました。ストーリーについて書くので、まだ見ていない人は、この投稿は読まないでください。この映画は、実話に基づいた映画です。もしも、僕のブログの映画のセクションを御覧になれば、沢山の実話をもとにした映画のレビューがあると思います。それらは僕の好みの映画なのです。この話は、一人の若者が、あるQuiz Showに出演して、番組のデレクターに誘われるままに不正を働いて、最後に世間にばれて全てを失ってしまうというスートーリーです。彼は元々、有名な家系の出身で、彼自身も大学の講師で、そのまま行けば大学教授の椅子が約束されていたのですが、賞金に眼が眩んでしまったのです。この映画は、人は目の前に大金を積まれると正常な判断力を失って、長期的な視点からの判断ができなくなってしまうことの恐ろしさを描いています。

I'm sorry, but I'm having a hard time understanding this sentence. Do you mean that the protagonist came from a famous family and was fired from his job as a professor, or that his family was famous for working at a university?
This movie depicts the fear of losing one's common sense and sincerity when faced with a large amount of money.

For the other sentence, I think a good correction might be: "He came from a famous family. He was also meant to become a famous professor at a university. However, he was fired because of his confession."
There's a lot of information there, so it might be best to split it up into three sentences similar to how you explained it to me.
