Maybe I thought a lot after I went to bed so my nervous system got too active leading to my sleepless night. Being sleepless is really bad for health and I know that very well from the books on health or heard from some doctors
on TV. What's more, I heard another thing from my daughter that some poisonous things from our bodies are discharged before midnight. I am not sure whether what they said is true or not. However, I believe having enough sleep is
good especial for ladies. As someone says" sleeping is the best cosmetc."
I have to try to go to sleep soon because I want to keep young.
