Capricious superior

My superior is very caprice.
I hardly meet him.
It is secolded that it meets occasionally.

But he is attractive superior.
I can wok the current project is thanks to him.

Colleague helps me Only no him.
I'm happy to spends with them and important the time.

If possible, scolding : thouth I want to decrease it...
