After I came back from my life in U.S. for seven years, I found a difference between restaurants in Japan and U.S. When I go to a restaurant in Japan with your family or friends, done dishes are served in order. It’s quick and reasonable, but you have to wait for others’ dishes or start to eat alone. In the U.S., on the other hand. It’s much slower to serve dishes than in Japan. However, all dishes are served at same time. It makes us be able to enjoy meals together. It is thoughtful for people. I would not say which style is better, but it’s very interesting to see some cultural difference.
