I feel I need to sleep more than 8 hours, hopefully 10 hours, every night.
But the reality is...
I feel sleepy around 11pm everynight and start to get ready to go to bed, brushing teeth, setting alarm, preparing for morning and so on.
Then, my husband come back home around midnight.
It is about time I really want to my head hit the pillow!
I hear him saying "hi! I'm home! how was your day??".
That's too loud ( sorry! i would say "too cute" ) to ignore, so chat with him and fix something to eat for him and watch TV together.
Now I'm totally awake.
It's around 1AM I finally fall asleep.
In the morning, I have to leave home before my husband.
It really gets me sometimes.
I wonder how everyone handle the time management at home, not at work.
