Today, I got regular health checkup.
In this checkup, I was taught correct methods of brushing teeth from a doctor.
I always use electric toothbrush "Sonicare".
The Doctor praised their advantage of uniformity of brushing.
On the other hand, doctor also said using electric toothbrush is difficult in terms of pushing teeth in appropriately angle.
Indeed, some of my lower front teeth was not well brushed.
So, I was taught how to press individual tooth.
It's pretty nice program for me!
I'll try new way of brushing from today on.
