Starting business with friends

I started working with my friends.
I know them long time and also look up to them.
However starting business together makes me a lot of thinking.
What they want, what I want, goal of futures of each, it is naturall to not be exactly same.
But I want to, and need to tell them my thinking to work together.
What I can do for them, how I can tell them my view, thinking of those things are very difficult.

今一緒に仕事している人は結構前からの知り合いで、私はその人達を尊敬もしているのだけれど、いざ本格的に一緒にビジネスをして行くとなると色々難しいなぁ・・・と悩む今日この頃。
相手の求めているもの、私の将来のビジョン、やっぱり他人同士だから完全に一致しないのは当然なんだけど、そこをどうすり合わせていくか、そして私の考えをどう伝えていくか、本当に難しい。
