My sneezing reminded me a coincidence between English and Okinawan culture.
When I was in America, my friends said to me "Bless you!" if I sneesed.
But in Japan, we say nothing if anybody sneesed.
I feel lonly when I sneeze here...
Because my hometown Okinawa has almost same culture with "Bless you!" for sneezing!
We say "くすけーひゃー！" for somebody's sneezing.
So, I just say "くすけーひゃー" for myself, after I lest Okinawa.

Because Okinawa, my hometown, my hometown Okinawa has almost same custom with "Bless you!" for sneezing! (Because Okinawa, my hometown, has a similar custom. We also say "bless you" when sneezing!)

So, I just say "くすけーひゃー" for to myself, after I left Okinawa. (When I left Okinawa, I started saying "くすけーひゃー" to myself.)
You're from Okinawa? You're so lucky, that place is so cool! And I feel your pain! I've started working in a Japanese company so I also have to get used to not being blessed. orz I'm going to start telling people about "くすけーひゃー!" LOL
