It was a fine weather yesterday and day before yesterday in row. It likes like a spring but the weather forecast said it will returns to cold from this week again.
I feel that the time has passed as a flash but the spring is so far. It's the middle of February now,I wonder it will be getting warm on March. This winter colder than typical winter.
I always have though that my Journal is something strange somewhere but I don't know where strange is and how degrees are funny.(私には、どこが、どの程度おかしいか分からない)The spring surely coms but I wonder whether my diary will be perfect someday

名詞には必ず不定冠詞,冠詞,人称代名詞の所有格がつかないのですか?
A fine weather は間違えですか?それと、If 節の後ろには未来形は来まか?

Uncountable nouns are concepts cannot be divided into separate parts - that's why we call them uncountable. "Weather" is the same way - it cannot be divided into parts, it's just one single concept. So, we don't need to use [a] or [an] with it. We can just say it by itself:
"It was fine weather today."

In the case of this sentence:
"I feel that the time has passed in a flash but the spring is still so far away."
Actually, you should know that adding [the] before the word "spring" isn't wrong. Season of the year are one of the special cases in English; sometimes we add the definite article [the], and sometimes we don't. It's difficult for me to tell you when it sounds good to add [the] and when it doesn't, so please don't worry about whether you should use one in front of a season of the year or not.

In this sentence:
"It's the middle of February now; I wonder if it will start getting warm in March."
Since we are talking about the future (things happening next month), we have to use the future tense after [if]. But, sometimes you will use an [if] statement about past events, too. For example:
"I wonder if he called his mother last week?"
In this case, we are talking about actions that happened in the past (last week). So, we use the past tense verb [called].
If we wanted to talk about the present moment (今), we would use the present participle form of the verb:
"I wonder if he is calling his mother right now?"
If we wanted to talk about actions in the future, then of course we use future tense:
"I wonder if he will call his mother tomorrow?"
And yes, I've had enough winter for this year...spring has come early to my page!!! =P
花見-time!!
