Dear Sir:
I am writing to complain about the catering service I booked for my birthday party. I believe your advertisement was misleading in a number of ways.
Firstly, the advertisement says that there are huge variety of traditional and continental dishes, but many dishes were not available. In addition, food arrived late and it was cold in contrast to the ‘prompt delivery’ you advertised.
Furthermore, waiters were rude to my guests. They were very impatient and obnoxious. Finally, I was overcharged on final bill.
As you can imagine, I am quite disappointed. I feel I am entitled to a partial refund in addition to an apology for the inconvenience caused. I look forward to receiving a prompt reply.
