Happy Super Single's Day~ 11/11/11 !!!

Is Nov.11 special in your country? It's called "光棍节--Single's Day" in China.
Because “1” looks like a rod(棍), which means single in “光棍". And Nov.11 contains the most "1" in a year.
Where is special in 2011.11.11?
Haaaaaaa, it contains six "1", which is once in one hundred year. So it's "Super Single's Day". By the way, Nov.1st is called "小光棍节little single's day".
I remembered that my birthday was 11.11 last year, and 11.1 this year, how pathetic!
What would people do this day?
Haha, there is a group called "couples go to hell情侣去死去死团", which consists of the singles who are very jealous of the couples. They would wander about in the street, trying to find another single, hug them and curse the couples go to hell.
Some may call out a single friend of the opposite sex, so that they can pretend to be couple today, and break up tomorrow!
Ah, and some other little "evils" would pose as the other woman to the man for whom she carries a torch, making the couple suffer this day~ (vice versa)

脱光脱光！！！(脱光 means "to be naked" literally, but "脱离光棍 to get away from the abyss of being single" this day.) Once you have a boyfriend or girlfriend, you can say “哈哈，我脱光了！！！”
I would hang out with my teacher to a concert tonight. But we are the same sex, how poor we are!!! ~~~~(>_<)~~~~

Rachel, Yes I am a Scorpio . I was also born in the year of the "Rat" . My "rat" [ 1948 } is apparently a "water rat" or " wharehouse rat" .
It makes sense because I spent the first nine years of my working life in the Royal Australian Navy . I celibrated my 60th year as a "water rat" three years ago .
I think I will live long enough to see another rat year but not another "water rat" year . { I do not think I will live to be 120 years old }

I'm a snake in lunar calendar, there is an idiom in China that "snakes and rats are families".
According to physiognomy my teacher told me last week, it's better for me to marry a rat~ haha, who knows!
