Hello!!
I went to "Akikawa keikoku"(秋川渓谷）for barbecue.
It is located on west Tokyo.
Between Tokyo and Yamanashi.
It was very fun:D
So.
I introduce a my recipi for barbecue.
1:Tandoori chicken
・Sprinkles solt and pepper for chicken
・Marinade it with yogurt lemonliquid and carrypowder for 4hour
2:Sparerib
・Springles solt and pepper for sparerib
・Marinade it with soysource slicegaric sliceginger and hony for 4hour
There are very simple and easy but very tasty:D
Please try it when you take a barbecue party.

Here I introduce to you two of my recipes for barbecue.
1. Tandoori Chicken
・Sprinkle salt and pepper on the chicken
・Marinate it with yogurt, lemon juice and curry powder for 4 hours (Marinade is the liquid you soak in, marinate is the verb.)
2. Spareribs (Spareribs are plural)
・Sprinkle salt and pepper on the spareribs
・Marinate with soy sauce, sliced garlic, sliced ginger and honey for 4 hours
These are very simple and easy but very tasty. :D
Please try them when you take have a barbecue party. (We usually say "have a barbecue")
