I recieved a TOEIC test's result last night.
I couldn't guess my score because it was my first TOEIC test.
I hadn't studied English since I took the test.
I had been thinking how my plan to study English is after I see the result.
So now I have maden my mind to study English harder to get higher score. Maybe not today, tomorrow.

I received a TOEIC test's result last night. (your sentence is okay, but I think I would say it this way "I received my TOEIC test results last night.")
I haven't studied English since I took the test.
I have been thinking of my plan to study English after I see the results.
So now I have made up my mind to study English harder to get a higher score.
Your English is already really good, but if you want to get better I'm sure you can do it.
Sometime, I want to take the JLPT.
By the way, did they let you use a dictionary?
I think if I took the JLPT I would want to use a dictionary.^^
