When I came to company, I watched a notice on company bulletin board that my cowerworker's older sister was died.
At quitting time, we corrected some money to give him as our condolence.
Giving money to someone who are having family events is a sort of convention in Korea.
Most of Koreans are thinking that this convention is very important in our life, and are considering it as a mandatory rule.
It is certainly a good customs but, sometime it might be a economically big burden for people.
We spend for it at least over about fifty dollors in general.
In my case, I had to go to the wedding 4 times during this october and I gone to a funeral today.
Frankly, I feel often i don't want to attend to familiy events of my acquaintances because of this convention.
