( Oh! It's already 4AM! )
It was really hot today!(It's already become "yesterday"..)
The highest temperature in Tokyo was over 35 degrees C !
It was very windy in the early-evening, so I checked the today's picture of Mt.Fuji via the webcam app in my iPhone.
As I thought, the sky was clear and there was a beautiful silhouette of the highest mountain in Japan in the picture.(see photo 1)
Have you ever climbed Mt. Fuji?
If you haven't yet, would you like to try ?
I went up the mountain when I was 9 years old.
The view from the top of there was so beautiful, but my strongest impression was my high-altitude headache...
It was a nightmare. Only I could do was just crying...

I found that you always go to bed late! :p
Nice photos & thanks for sharing! :D
It's already 4 a.m.! Just to be picky... there are usually periods in between. :)
It was really hot today!(It has already become "yesterday"..) ...'has already become' is correct.
It was very windy in the early-evening, so I checked the today's picture of Mt. Do you really mean to use 'so' here? This implies that you were checking webcam picture because it was windy.
Fuji via the webcam app on my iPhone.
As I thought, the sky was clear and there was a beautiful silhouette of the highest mountain in Japan in the picture.(see photo 1) Another idea. You could say ...Japan's highest mountain. This would be a bit less wordy. Nice word choice with 'silhouette'.
The view from the top of there was so beautiful, but my strongest impression was of my high-altitude headache... 'top of there' is awkward and not really needed.
#.The second photo is a picture of Mt.
Best,
Mark (marhar39)
You had a superb experience with no headache. Great!
I'd like to go there some day even if I would suffer from altitude sickness !
Hi, l3in8! I'm glad you enjoyed these photos.
I'll answer your question about my comment on your diary later.
Thank you for your correction and advice, Marhar39!
>Do you really mean to use 'so' here? This implies that you were checking webcam picture because it was windy.
Yes. I sometimes check the webcam, but the clouds are often over Mt. Fuji.
Yesterday, the sky from my home was very clear and windy, so I thought there could be no clouds, and accessed the webcam.
Should I use "so" only when it clearly connects cause and result..?
(I thought you could realize I had expected to see a fine view of the mountain from the next sentence, "As I thought...")
How lovely that Fuji-san is in view from the windows of your home!
