The Magic first week of November has gone!
I felt terrible and depressed during the week.
I could not read at all and slept over 12 hours all day.
I ate so much and gain weights.
When I feel depressed, I eat more than usual.
This part made me awful.
I should find the ways to recover the depressed cycle.
For example, baking sweet browny and refreshing by short trip!
I think that in that days I used not to go out at all but I should try to leave home and get out of dark place.
I need tips for life!
Isn't there tips for beauty or study?
There should be tips getting out of sentimental moods.
