Have you ever mistaken somebody?

Walking by streets, We have moments to contact the eyes from the strangers.
I usually keep it away from and stare at ground.
When I feel strange and kind of passionate( I don't feel that way often), a stranger who is normally a man across the street fix his eyes on me.
I also stare at him for 3 seconds and it seems like understanding each other.
Whenever I feel exquisite, I guess I mistake someone for kind of soulmate.
Although it is three seconds to see each other, it looks like forever.
When that moments come in life, it is needless to speak out.
It would be truly speechless moment.
I think it is the mistakes to see somebody at once and fall in love.
I have ever decided to ask name of someone in the bus.
He looked like a gentle and nice guy.
I finally could not ask him but I realized that none but the brave deserve the nice guy.
