One of my friends recommend me to watch Friends through which I can learn the background, culture of USA and the meaning of relationship besides English itself. I have watched 3 episodes, sometimes I feel really embarrassed when there's a laughing background music because I don't know why they feel it's funny. Maybe that's means I'm lack of knowledge about America. I want to learn it which must be very interesting.
Errrr. I haven't finished the diary yet but my Mom is calling me, I have to go. :(

One of my friends recommend that I watch 'Friends', through which I can learn the background and culture of the USA and the meaning of relationships, besides English itself.
I have watched 3 episodes so far. Sometimes I feel really embarrassed when there's laughter in the background because I don't know why they feel it's funny.
Rather than 'laughing background music', talk about 'the laugh track', 'the laughter track','canned laughter' or just 'laughter in the background'.
Maybe that means I lack knowledge about America.
I want to know more because I think it would be very interesting.
In your sentence, you said 'learn it' referring to 'knowledge about America'. It would be more natural to say 'know more'.
One of my friends recommended that I watch 'Friends', through which I can learn the background and culture of the USA and the meaning of relationships, besides English itself.
Sorry, should have been 'recommended'
Wish you have a nice day. 。◕‿◕。

Most countries in English don't use the definite article in their short form (ie, "I'm visiting China") but do in their long form (ie, "I'm visiting The People's Republic of China"). Because USA is an abbreviation of the country's long name (The United States of America) it uses the definite article.
"...watch friends through which I can..." is correct but "...watch friends so that I can..." would sound slightly more natural.
I have watched 3 episodes, sometimes I feel really embarrassed when there's a laughing background music recorded laughter because I don't know why they feel it's funny.
You could also say "canned laughter"
Maybe that's means I'm lack of knowledge about America.
Lack is a verb in this sentence. You could say either:
"I lack knowledge" or "I'm lacking in knowledge"
I want to learn about it, which must be I think it must be very interesting.
Don't worry if you don't always understand the laugh track - a lot of the time they play it even when the show's not actually funny :)
Wish you everything goes well. 。◕‿◕。
