When I fall down, everybody knows that I shall get up. It is so because I have got feet. But when I fail somewhere,no one sees me, therefore it is my will that will determine the next step. Whether I decide to give up or choose to continue.
Never give up since you are alive.
Never give up since you are alive.

When I fall down, everybody knows that I will get up again.
"Shall" is not used much any more for the future tense, except in legal documents. It is used a bit more in the UK than in the US, but "will" is much more common for future tense.
It is so because I have got feet. [More natural: That's because I have feet.]
But when I fail somewhere, no one sees me, so it is my will that determines the next step;
whether I decide to give up or choose to continue.
This is an incomplete sentence, so it is better to tack it onto the preceding sentence after changing the period (full stop) at the end of that sentence to a semicolon.
Never give up a long as you are alive.
