A man was walking with his dog in the mountains. Suddenly the man fell down and he broke his leg. The man has forgotten to take his mobile with them, so his dog was running 10 miles to find help. After he found a group of people the dog began to bark. The people followed the barking dog back to his master. They called the ambulance and rescued the man with the broken leg. The ambulance took the man into a hospital and all of them were pretty lucky.

Suddenly the man fell down and he broke his leg.
The man had forgotten to take his cellphone with him, so his dog had to run 10 miles to find help.
If you say "mobile," people will understand. But it's not the common term in the United States. We almost always say "cellphone."
"The man" doesn't forget to take something with "them." "We" forget to take something with "us."
You forgot to take your cellphone with you.
I forgot to take my cellphone with me.
He forgot to take his cellphone with him.
She forgot to take her cellphone with her.
We forgot to take our cellphones with us.
They forgot to take their cellphones with them.
Lastly, "to have to do something" = "to need to do something." Because the man forgot his cellphone, it was necessary for the dog to run to 10 miles. The dog had to run 10 miles.
To Aerovistae - Great explanation of the grammatical structure of this sentence ! :P
I don't mean to come off arrogant or anything; just in my experience most of them specifically want to learn American English.

A man was walking with his dog in the mountains.
Suddenly, the man fell down and he broke his leg.
Because the man he has forgotten forgot to take his mobile with them, his dog was running [had to run] ran 10 miles to find help.
This is a complicated sentence. Well done! :)
After When he the dog found a group of people the dog it began to bark.
Be careful here, 'he' is associated with the man. 'After' is correct, but 'when' sounds more natural :)
The people followed the barking dog back to his its master.
'his' is correct, but to stay consistent with my above correction it would become 'its'
The ambulance took the man into a to hospital and all of them were pretty lucky.
