When we say "Turn left(right) at the next corner." in Korean, we could also say "다음 골목에서 좌(우)회전하세요" instead of "왼(오른)쪽으로 도세요." Hope it helps you.

No, don't need the object particle 을/를 in that case. Here is the another example. 존은 옷을 입고 있다. = John is wearing his clothes. 존(subject) 은(particle) 옷(object) 을(particle) 입고 있다(verb).
