We(My wife and son and I) didn't go anywhere this weekend because it was bad weather.
My son is 1 year and 7 month old so he has an unlimited power.
If he cannot play outside, I have a hard time putting my son to bed.
Until he goes to bed, I and My wife cannot get our free time.
When we get a free time at night, we often watch DVDs.
Recently we watch "K-ON(keion)" which is one of the Japanese animation.
By the way, we love an animation.
Especially I love the series of "Ghost in the Shell". Do you know?
I respect both supervisor Mamoru Oshii and Kenji Kamiyama.

Native speakers have a hard time with this, too. You can say either "me and my wife" or "my wife and I" there.

Do you mean "directors?" In English a supervisor is your boss, or りょうしょう。

The "about it with me" part isn't really necessary. It's implied that we are talking with you if you say "let's talk" since "let's" is a contraction of "let" and "us."

I enjoyed watching "K-On!" It is a heartwarming(?) story.
The original work of "GiS" was drawn in 1995 or 1996. It is before developing the internet technology.
"Madoka Magica" is one of my favorite animations and needless to say "Evangelion". My wife loves them too.
Unfortunately, I've never watched "Eden of the East" and "Cowboy Bebop".
But of course I know their name.
I want to watch them if I have a chance!
