I get used to jog before dinner or have a walk after dinner. After thirty minutes’ jogging, it seems that all fatigue is took away by sweat. Jogging not only strengths my cardio-pulmonary function, relieves muscle fatigue, but also helps to recovery my energy. As for walking, it major function is to release pressure and purify my spirit. Viewing peaceful and beautiful scene can get my spirit away from some worries temporarily.
I recommend spending free time outdoors for another reason, which can expose people to fresh air and natural sunshine. Any creature can’t live without sunshine. Suitable exposing under the sun, will promote human bodies to absorb Vitamin D, and will also be good for the development children’s eyes sight. Breathing the fresh air particularly benefits to people’s lung. Sometimes, I bowed waist to cough, which could help to cough up part of chalk dust. Actually, in order to avoiding me to stay at home watching or reading, I force myself to go out having activities. I think only keeping exercise, my career life will go further.
However, I still can take many activities indoors. I heard that playing badminton is an excellent sport that can further practice the flexibility of people’s heads and shoulders. Just because of this reason, I started to learn playing badminton. Besides, playing basketball and swimming also become my favorite sports.
Now, I like sport no matter indoors or outdoors. I think that for many employees, if they could reduce the time of watching TV or surfing the Internet, saving these time to do some exercise, they will find they become more vigorously and more productive. For human being, health is the most important thing that deserves us to cherish.
