I have a difficulty to find a way.
I went to Anyang from Sanbon witch only takes 4 mins by subway. However, it took 2 hours to come back. I took a subway which didn't stop any station from Anyang but Suwon. I all the way to go Suwon. Actually, that was find till then. I couldn't find the way to go the other side for a while. After that, I took a subway.. but it also passed Sanbon. By the way, when the time, all the traveling was finished and when I was standing in front of the mark written "Sanbon" it total travel took 2hours.
Seoul, Gyeongi-do .. whatever.. Having over 4 trains schedule city is not really for me I felt, today. However, so this, I have an adventurous life.

I had a difficult time finding my way.
or "hard time"
I went to Anyang from Sanbon which only takes 4 minutes by subway.
However, it took [me] 2 hours to get back.
"get back" or "return" are better terms to use in this case.
I took a subway that didn't stop at any stations from Anyang until Suwon.
I went all the way to go Suwon.
Actually, that was fine [till then].
"till then" not necessary
But I couldn't find the way to go the other direction for a while.
After that, I took another subway..
"a" is okay but in this context, another is better.
By the way, by the time all the traveling was finished and when I was standing in front of the sign reading "Sanbon," the total travel time ended up being took 2 hours.
"the total travel time..." is a bit wordy. "Two hours had passed" is what I would use.
Today I felt like having over 4 trains schedules in one city is not really for me I felt, today.
However, so this, I have an adventurous life.
I'm not sure what you mean by "so this." "One thing's for sure" ?
