The word “home” is sometimes a noun, sometimes an adverb, and even an adjective.
I often have trouble finding out which to use, “home” or “at home.”
I’ll try to write some examples now.
I would be glad if you correct me or give me some advice about them.
#1 I’ll be home in a few minutes.
#2 I’m home!
#3 Are you at home now?
#4 I stayed at home all day yesterday.
#5 I feel like staying home rather than going out.
#6 I usually have lunch at home.

I am glad to know all the sentences make sense.
In #1, #2 and #6, the choice you made is the only one that sounds right to me. In #3 and #4, I would make the same choices you made, but the other choices do not sound wrong to me. In #3, especially, if it is home for both the speaker and the listener, "home" may sound more natural to me than "at home." (Presumably this question is asked in a telephone conversation, or by some other means of telecommunication.)
They are really helpful.

Oh, I didn't know that. It may depend on whose home it is.
It's still complicated for me, but I know better now.
I often have trouble figuring out when to use “home” or “at home.”

#1 I’ll be home in a few minutes. (Good. I think this only sounds natural if you use "home")
#2 I’m home! (Good. Most of the time, "home" is probably more natural. "At home" would work too, depending on the situation. If someone asks you where you are, "I'm at home" is a very natural response.
#3 Are you at home now? (There's nothing wrong with this, but it sounds a little unnatural. Maybe you would say "at home" here only if you are very unfamiliar with the person your talking to.)
#4 I stayed at home all day yesterday. ("home" would probably sound more natural here. I can't really say why. "at home"seems a bit too formal.)
#5 I feel like staying home rather than going out. (Good)
#6 I usually have lunch at home. (Good)
"At home" is always used if you are talking about home as a specific location where something takes place like in #6. Sometimes, they both fit, but the difference is a very subtle difference in feel. If both are appropriate(#2,#3,#4), using "home" by itself feels less formal and it usually implies some familiarity with the person you're talking to. "At home" is a bit more formal.
Also(#1, #2), "home" by itself can imply that the person you're talking to is with you at home and "at home" can imply that they are somewhere else.
I hope this has helped. I'd be happy to help if you have more questions.
You helped me a lot.
I didn't know "at home" sounds a little more formal than "home."

Maybe I should read or listen more and I will be able to feel which is more natural in each case.

#2- This is good. " I'm home" is more like a declaration.
Ex. Finally, I'm home! or I'm home everyone.
Ex2 If you use, " I'm at home" it's more like a reply.
Friend: Where are you at? You: I'm at home.
(#3,#4,#5)- Either one works, though I prefer "home" instead of "at home"
#3- Depends on how you use it, there's a subtle difference.
#6- Keep it the way it is. This is the most natural.
I kind of agree with what KingMob has said about "at home" being more formal, depending on the situation.
Your examples are really helpful.
