Today is friday that my husband finished the class in this month. He studied really hard, so we went to the buffet restaurant. The restaurant was renewaled last week and today was reopening. There was so crowed. We had to talk a bit loudly to hear well each other. But advanced menus were pretty tempting. And the atmosphere changed from urban to natural and agrestic. We could enjoyed various kind of dishes and fanned the breeze for a long time.

Today is the friday that my husband finished the his class in this month.
"Today" and "This month" are somewhat redundant, so I would leave out "this month"
He studied really hard, so we went to the buffet restaurant.
"Buffet restaurant" is okay, but in the USA, it's more common to only say "buffet"
The restaurant was renewed last week and today was reopening.
"Refurbished" might be a better word than "renewed".
It was so crowed there.
We had to talk a bit loudly to hear each other well .
But the advanced menus were pretty tempting.
And then the atmosphere changed from urban to natural and agrestic.
We could enjoyed various kinds of dishes and fanned the breeze for a long time.
Here's quick note on the usage of "the"
Use "the" when it is a one-time event, or a special person, place or thing that is different from the rest of its kind.
i.e. "The store on 1st street is special. It is owned by my friend Pete"
"The" is different from "a", which implies it is one of a kind.
i.e. "A cat was around here somewhere. But if there were two of them, I wouldn't know which one it was."
I confused the 'the' !!
The restaurant was refurbished last week and it reopened today.
we say, "the reopening". Also, refurbish == redo the interior
We had to speak up a bit loudly to hear well each other.
to speak up == 약간 큰 소리로
But the sophisticated menus were very tempting.
pretty = 약간, 조금; very = 너무, 아주. I am guessing about how a menu can be 'advanced'(??)
And the atmosphere changed from urban to rustic
"agrestic" is not a word! Actually, it is. I just found it on google. But, my vocabulary is quite large and I've never seen that word before, so it just a "dictionary word".
We could enjoyed various kind of dishes and sat under the fan for a long time.
was it outdoors? a breeze is outdoors. You didn't say it was actually outside, but if it was, then 'breeze' will work^^ I have never heard "fan the breeze" but .... don't we usually fan people?
