Advertisement of application

In Appstore, many free applications were launched. They looks free at first, but using the application, the most shows the advertisement under screen without exception. Are they noisy? I don't think so. To make an application, developer should spend many time. From at least 3hours to 3months, it's different each other. We, as a free user, have to pay to the effort, but just a few users are willing to pay. So to get even some pocket money for developer, they put the advertisement.

"We users" is correct, and so is your original version of "we, as free users, have to ..." I had to research it online, but it seems that "we users" is correct. “we users” is the subject of a clause; in the fix, “us users” is the object of a preposition, which does not apply here.
