He doesn't speak slowly for me to understand.

He doesn't speak slowly enough for me to understand.

He doesn't speak so quickly that I can understand.

Cho mình hỏi muốn kết bạn với người khác thì nói bằng tiếng anh như thế nào ạ? Như là: Chúng mình kết bạn nhé, hay Hãy làm bạn với tôi nhé,...vvv
