I have take a resolution for this summer, i will learn to dance. Yesterday i have been to a latin club in Paris with some friends. There was an initiation for one hour. I was able to follow the rythm because it was for beginners. Then it was the party, the music was faster, it was more difficult to dance but i had some fun. When i was watching the good dancers it give me the motivation to learn this dance. Because salsa is a fun, you dance with a different partner at each song, it's a sensual dance. I will spend my time in salsa class and salsa club this summer in Paris.

I have made a resolution for the summer to learn to dance.
Yesterday I have been went to a latin club in Paris with some friends.
There was a lesson for the first hour.
Then the party began. The music was faster and more difficult to dance to but I had some fun. or When the party began the music was faster, it was more difficult to dance to but I had some fun.
The first sentence is best because you used "when" at the beginning of the next sentence. The two sentences are different because of the phrasing.
When I was watching the good dancers it gave me the motivation to learn this dance. or As I watched the good dancers, I found more motivation to learn this dance.
Salsa is a fun dance because you dance with a different partner for each song, it's a sensual dance.
It is not correct to start a sentence with because. We English speakers do it all the time, but it is not correct.
I will spend my time in salsa class and salsa club in Paris this summer.
...unless you are just visiting Paris for the summer. This is suggested in the original phrasing.
Salsa is a fun dance! Enjoy!
