My birthday is coming soon, but this is not a typical day for me because I'll be eighteen years old within two weeks.This fact means that I will be of age. Now, I have to accept that I'm not a little girl. For this reason, I would want to have an unforgettable time with my close friends. Since it's summer, I would like to arrange a beach party. I will take some food, an ice bag, some drinks and pretty good music for dancing all night. The best thing is we'll may go for a swim in the sea. Also, I'll take my umbrella, because the sun is scorching every morning, my blue towel, my sunglasses and, finally, my suntan cream as I'm so pale and my skin become red like a prawn.
For this reason, I would want like to have an unforgettable time with my close friends.
"would want" makes it sound like you wanted the unforgettable time in the past, not that you'd like to have one in the future

using the future "we'll" implies that you are definitely going to swim; "we may" is less definite (would be the subjunctive in Spanish, maybe?)
