If I said this phrase to an English teacher, Is it right and polite?
"If I made grammer's and pronuciation's mistakes, please correct it."
If there are more natural and better phrases, please teach me.

"If I made grammar and pronunciation mistakes, please correct it."
Your version is fine. Using the word "please" is considered polite, so yours is good.
Some alternatives -
"Please could you correct any grammar or pronunciation mistakes."
"I would greatly appreciate it if you could correct any grammar or pronunciation mistakes."
I'm sorry I have another short question again.

"If I made any grammar and pronunciation's mistakes, please correct them."
