転回 U-turn?
回転　Rotation like The Earth around the sun ?
旋回　Like a peg top?

Am I right? I think I might be mistaken.

Ahhhh, You have good interest!
I think 旋回 is turning many times continuously , for example, the air plane above the airport because of bad weather. Could you imagine it?

What is peg?

Umm..Koma is 回転, I think.
For me, 旋回 remind me for example, big bird like a Crow, Helicopter,and other.

However, 回転 is the most common word, and usually cars and ships do 転回 and airplanes do 旋回.
