As you can see , there are some damages.

It's not necessary to specify "phone", but in these days there are a lot of mobile devices haha.
As you can see, it's damaged in some edges and it's already worn-out.
(How do you say ボロボロ in English?)
You can say: "worn-out", "torn", "tattered". But in this case, "worn-out" is the correct one I think. :)
