Today afternoon l was very nervous because my class teacher will visit my home. She is the new class teacher and she is a physics teacher. She came at 2pm. After she came she talked about me and the new term with my parents. It was a relaxed conversation, I was not very nervous.

知道在中文， 你们平时用 “今天中午”。 But in English, we usually use "This afternoon.
Also, grammatically, you wouldn't use "will visit my home" in future tense, since you already said that you were nervous. You're describing a past event, so you'd have to describe this portion in past tense (or past progressive). The other corrections are also possible to use, since they both use past tense.
She is the new class teacher, and she is a physics teacher.
After she arrived, she talked about me, and the new term with my parents.
