你好。

我現在認為關於運動。運動很好對你的身體,也你的腦子。我學過心理學的時候之一我的教授告訴我們運動可以班主傷心得人(你們知道我怎麼說‘depression’嗎?我不只要說很悲傷的人,但是人有一個真醫的問題)。這非常迷人。你的身體可以作用你的腦子。

平時我每個星期提足球。不過現在我不會提。我最近看關於這個運動的辦法。你過七個分鐘運動,做十二活動。這個運動辦法最有效的根據科學。我已經試一試。我覺的那很有益,另外很累得。

I've been thinking about exercise. Exercise is really good for your physical health, as well as your mind. When I was studying psychology one of my professors told us exercise can help sad people (do you know how to say 'depression'? I don't just want to say sad people, but people with a real medical condition.) That's fascinating. Your body can affect your mind.

Usually I play football every week. But right now I can't play. Recently I read about an exercise method. You spend seven minutes exercising and do twelve different exercises. This is supposed to be the most effective mthod according to science. I've already tried it. I think it's very effective, and very tiring.
