I'm an Test Engineer Manager my work is focused to design, development, maintenance the test systems.
I'm member of NPI team (New Product Introduction) for the activities of the manufacturing and I work closely with R&D and Product Manager to ensure manufacturability and testability of the new products.
I manage a team of three people reporting directly to myself and I oversee the outsourcing activities and major suppliers.
