The Grammar. ㅠㅠ Help me!

Today, I studied about various past tense in English.
But it always confuse me because in korea we have no concept(?) or
idaa to express the present perfect tense, past perfect tense or somthing like that...
We have past and present tense but it's not too details like English, so I'm very
hard to say the present or past perfect tense.

I made some sentences. Could you see my sentences and explain about the grammar?
Am I understand the grammar?

I have been happy all day long.
I have been feeling down all day long.
I have been running since I was 15 years old as a soccer player.

The company have been launched the campaign since 2005.
The company launched the campain last year.

He has watched the movie.(experience)
He has been watching the movie from five years ago.

She swam in this morning.
She swim every in the morning.

He has been swimming since he was 5 years old.
He had been swimming until he was 17 years old.

I had a little dog when I was young.(? )
I have had a little dog when I was young.(??)

I have been dreamming that I want to be a doctor since I was a little girl.
I have dreamed that I want to be a doctor since I was a little girl.
(What is the right tense? I'm not sure about the differences)

I had been dreamming at all last night.
I dreamed at all last night.


I have lived in seoul for about 10 years.
I have been living in seoul for about 10 years.
(What's the difference?)

It has been a long time when I saw him last.
