Dementia has many kinds of form, including senile dementia, Alzheimer’s Disease, and vascular dementia, etc. The disease mostly affects the elderly, but it is effective to beef up our brain to avoid dementia when we are still young. There are some tips as follow:

1. Starting volunteering now is a good method to prevent you from feeling lost and unneeded after retiring.

2. Developing one or two hobbies, which can make your brain robust.

3. Writing with your non-dominant hand several minutes every day, which will strengthen the opposite side of you brain and fire up those neurons.

4. Take dancing lessons. According to the research, dancing was the effective physical activity associated with an evident decrease in the incidence of dementia.
