The Time Is In the End of the Century

The time is in the end of the century now, there is a man with 7 stars' scars, which is called the Big Dipper, on his chest.
His name is Kenshiro, who took over the Hokuto-Shinken.
The Hokuto-Shinken is inherited from a father to his son, Kung Fu to murder and it has been for 2,000 years.

The world was covered with flame of the nuclear weapons in the end of the century.
Nations were ruined and the laws also vanished.
So, the world is ruled by violence.
The weak and the people who had right feelings were made crying by violence.

However there is a messiah who can help them out of violence.
Yes, he is Kenshiro.
He is tender but badass at the same time.
Especially, he never hold back to kill villans.
His famous saying is, "You're already died."
