"I don't know what about a man who's good at considering." What he said to me is still disturbing(Idk how to say) me.
He,one of my friend,is totally ignorant at watching news,reading paper,books --studying.
I know that sometimes studying invades(Idk how to say)time to progress physical,practical skill.He didn't choose `study` to be adult,now he is as an artist.
Then(Idk how to say),I have one question.Could on earth a person who's with 'study' -like who graduated from Uni- be `a man who's good at considering?`
a knowridge helps us be happy,but to be happy doesn't need a knowridge always I suppose.

I don't understand what you are trying to say by "good at considering". I think you mean considerate man. I'm not sure

A more commonly used expression is "He is too busy to study". I think it's better
