I read a journal written by a young Chinese on this site.
He said that he don't want to be a leader.
His desire isn't money or position.
He wants only to lead a common, easy life.
He is so good at Japanese that I think he must be talented.
If talented people doesn't take a leader, it's the subordinates that will have a hard time.
He may not be interested in money or position.
So is he, I wrote a comment that I hope he should aim a leader.

彼の望みは金や地位ではなく、ただ普通の、楽な暮らしをしたいだけだと。
彼は非常に日本語ができるので、とても才能がある人だと私は思います。
もしも才能のある人がリーダーを目指さないとなると、迷惑を受けるのは下の人たちです。
彼は金や地位に興味がないのかもしれません。
だからこそ、私は彼にリーダーを目指してほしいと感想を述べました。

I understand the implication that you were talking to a Chinese person, but it would read better if you explicitly stated this.
He said that he don't does not want to be a leader.
Don't is a contraction of the words 'do' and 'not'. To contract 'does not', which is what you want to use here, you could use 'doesn't'.
If talented people don't take a become leaders, it's the subordinates that will have a hard time.
So is he, I wrote a comment that I hope he should aim to be a leader.
