In Japan, the most popular foreign language is English and there are many ways to learn it.
You can easily find various quality and inexpensive English books at a bookstore. Recently, you can get many types of English lessons online.
Surprisingly, many of them don't cost(I don't know how they provide services). It's not uncommon that even if you have a speaking English lesson everyday, it will not cost more than 10,000 yen.
We live in an convenient age, I think. I wonder if the above instances are only in Japan.

Learning English in Japan isn't that expensive?
"It isn't so expensive to learn English in Japan," would be a statement, more than a question.
You can easily find English books of various quality that are also inexpensive at a bookstore.
Recently, there have been many types of English lessons available online.
Surprisingly, many of them don't cost much at all (so I don't know how they provide their services).

An 前に母音
I wonder if the above instances are only in Japan.
I wonder if the above instances only occur in Japan.
I wonder if the above instances happen outside of Japan too.
Spanish, French and German materials are generally easy to come by here. Any Asian language is difficult though, in my experience.
(Most the European languages are difficult for me as well as English)
Isn't is really expensive to learn English in Japan?
I'm not really sure what this sentence is supposed to be asking. It seems correct, but just make sure to add the "it"! The "really" puts more emphasis on the question, and it makes more sense if this was the first question someone was asked. If this is an opening sentence, I would personally write it as: Is it expensive to learn English in Japan?, or something like that. Isn't it so expensive in Japan is a question that English speakers would typically use in the middle of a conversation about Japan. Sorry this is so long! I hope you understand what I mean. 8D
Today, there are many types of English lessons available online.
Today does not mean literally today. It's another way of saying recently, and in this case it makes more sense.
Surprisingly, many of them don't cost much, although I'm not entirely sure how they provide their services.
This is good! Just a few corrections that I think would help it make more sense.

Almost perfect! I just wouldn't put the speaking part in there. But you can if you want to. If you want to keep the speaking part in there, just put it in after the English. So it would be "English speaking lesson".
I think that we live in a pretty convenient time.
This is just re-worded in another order. It's good though!
I wonder if this type of expense for learning English in another country is only in Japan.
I'm not really sure what you meant with this, but I did my best with it! I think it's good! :D
Thanks so much for taking the time to read my corrections!
