In England "practice" with a c is a noun and "to practise" with an s is a verb.

Ohh that makes sense. I am from America and practice is just practice. I thought it just might have been a mistake you made since an "s" and a "c" sound the same sometimes. Thank you for the correction! You learn something new everyday!
