I am studying English all day yesterday and today.
I was not go out my house.
Because next week I have a test at the English school.
Also I must be able to speak English in a short time.
If I cannot speak English , my boss said "I don't need you. So you should study English so hard".
One and a half months ago I came to the US,
Nevertheless I haven't been able to speak and listen English very well.
I am worried if I cannot speak and listen English for years to come.
I want to know how I should study English.
Are there effective studying methods?
Everyday I practice to read loud , basic pronunciation ,write English like this .

Generally, you don't start sentences with "because". Maybe you can rewrite it to be "Next week, I have a test at English school."
Also I must be able to speak English within a short time.

Flashcards are very effective for vocabulary. Write an English word on the front and the definition of it [in your native language and in English] on the back and make a large collection. Go through those daily and add more to it!
For listening, listen to a lot of radio and TV. Try to have subtitles in English when you watch TV shows so you can read and listen at the same time.
It's really good to have a "phone buddy" or someone you can constantly talk to! Try find a friend who is willing to help and go through some basic exercises.
Read many books! Write down what you think the author meant with sentences you don't understand.
If there's something you enjoy doing [say, drawing] then incorporate English into it as much as possible.
Don't make it difficult - use English in the things you enjoy and it'll become much easier to learn.
