I had stayed for one month in Taiwan. Time gose by so quickly.
I had inconvenience while live here because different language.
so I make up my mine to study Chines to overcome the language barrier.
I want to study English and Chinese at the same time. I know that it's not easy to study two language at the same time.
I belive it that "I can do it".

This sounds more natural. It would sound even more natural if you said when you stayed- for example, "Last June, I stayed in Taiwan for a month."
Time gose went by so quickly.
Because your first sentence is in past-tense, this sentence should be, too. There are times when this rule changes, but in this case I think past-tense sounds more natural.
I had some inconvenience while I lived there because of the different language, so I make made up my mind to study Chinese to overcome the language barrier.
Again, this happened in the past, so it should be in past tense.
Because this sentence and your next sentence are directly linked, it makes sense to join them with a comma ( , ) instead of ending one with a period and starting a new sentence.
I know that it's not easy to study two language at the same time, but I believe that "I can do it".
It also makes sense to join these two sentences together.
You do not need quotation marks ( " " ) around "I can do it," because you are not quoting anyone.

아래의에 accent는 두개의 단어가 동일한 억양을 가지고 있나요.
ex) bà ba or bà bà accent가 서로 다른가요 아님 같은가요.

If you ask me about [bà ba], I think that it's sounds more formal to me and I usually hear it when people are reciting passages or during oral examinations when the examiner is particular about the articulation of the words.

If you use the word "这个" [zhe ge] , it sounds like "This man is eating rice ; likewise the rest of the sentences.
Usually in Chinese, it can be substituted with the equivalent of [he], [she], [I], [you]. Unlike in Korean, where the specific subject of the sentence, like example : the name of the person is written.
Do you know these words?
你 [nǐ] You (2nd person pronoun)
我 [wǒ] I (1st person pronoun)
他 [ta1] He (2nd person pronoun)
她 [ta1] She (2nd person pronoun)
So you can write like this too :
他在吃饭。
她在吃饭。
她在喝水。
她在喝果汁。
